HouseholdAnchor is built on the principle that your data belongs to you. If you choose to delete your account, we make it straightforward and complete. This page explains exactly what happens and how to proceed.
In short:
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent — all encrypted data is removed from our servers and your device.
Sign in to your account at app.householdanchor.com or open the mobile app.
Tap the "More" tab, then select "Settings."
Scroll to the bottom of Settings. Tap "Delete All Data" in the Account section.
You'll be asked to confirm. This step ensures nothing is deleted accidentally.
Your account, documents, reflections, and all personal data are permanently removed.
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
Because your data is encrypted with a key only you control, once your account is deleted, the encrypted data on our servers becomes permanently unreadable — even to us.
After deletion, HouseholdAnchor retains no personal data. We do not keep:
The only data that may persist temporarily is anonymized, aggregated analytics (such as total user count) that cannot be traced back to any individual.
Account deletion is processed immediately. Local data is cleared from your device at the time of deletion. Server-side data is removed within 24 hours. Supabase Storage files are purged within 72 hours.

This page satisfies data deletion requirements for third-party platform integrations. HouseholdAnchor does not use Facebook Login or any social authentication providers. All accounts are created directly with email and password.
